Jay, the owner of Turtle Beach Foodservice, deferred to Crystal's insight saying,

"VictualNet has been working well, but for the best story you should talk to Crystal, she's using the system every day.  I have her to handle the order entry and inventory management, and I have you to train her."

That's not to say that Jay isn't keeping his hand on the reigns on the company, like many owners of food distribution and processing companies he likes to review the invoices at the end of the day.  One of the benefits they discovered is that these invoices can now be run and emailed to him straight from the VictualNet system. 

When we asked Crystal to be a little more specific about the day to day details she's seen improvements in she focused on the intelligent order entry system and multiple price key capabilities. 

"I don't have to flip back and forth looking at old invoices to check pricing." She then added, "Since I can assign more than one price key to a customer I can make a general price key, then a smaller one with just the items individual customers have special prices on." 

In fact she can have unlimited price keys so in the future she can add a timed price key for specials and promotions.

Crystal says she is looking forward to seeing the order guide history build as she continues to take orders from her customers and working with the more advanced features.

"Learning the system has been easy.  I administer for two separate companies and we had both companies fully setup and running on VictualNet in just four weeks.  There's so much more that I see I can do with VictualNet, I wish we could have waited a bit for the interview so I could tell you more about it."
