Early Adopter* VictualNet Usage Agreement VictualNet Core Package includes:

  • Order Entry/Invoicing
  • Sales Analysis
  • Inventory Processing
  • QuickBooks Interface
  • SWAMI (Equipment and Training Additional)

Usage Fee is $199/Month**. (Unlimited users)
Requires Credit Card if not prepaid.
Standard Maintenance is included with usage fee

  Early Adopter Program Benefits:
  • No transaction fees for term of Agreement (term is 1 year)
  • A discount of 10% is available for users who pre-pay the usage fees for the length of their term
  • An optional 2 year term is available with a 12% pre pay discount.
  • Special Discounted Training Courses will be available.
  • Phone support for term of Agreement Early Adopter input on features and enhancements to Development staff.

Additional training time can be purchased as training credits. Training credits are available for $99 each or can be purchased in multi-packs at a discounted rate. Early adopters will be offered special training courses at a reduced rate of 3 credits per course. We strongly recommend the Distributor augment their set up training with additional courses in areas they feel they need more help after the initial setup period.

*Early adopters of the VictualNet program will be asked to participate in customer satisfaction and experience surveys. Success stories and experiences from early adopters will be used in future VictualNet marketing material. Early adopters will also be asked to participate in the VictualNet community; this community will be focused on new features and capabilities to advance the VictualNet product.

**Setup Charges are due with signed agreement. Usage fees are due when Login is presented to the customer (step 1.1 above) and on the anniversary each following month.
